Entering 2012, FSP continues to develop its Analyst team and to grow in response to increased sales. Melanie Watson has joined the Research Analyst team straight from Loughborough University, where she gained a First Class Degree in Social Psychology.
With Melanie’s arrival, and the expansion of the Analyst team, key roles within the team have evolved.
Andrew McVicker has taken a new Consultant role, handling some of the day-to-day relationship with on-going FSP clients.
Ursula Read has added Andrew’s previous project management responsibilities to her existing training and mentoring role.
Dave Stevens has extended his responsibilities for co-ordinating best practice and analytical developments.
FSP Director Geoff Nicholson commented:
