Due Diligence
FSP employ rigorous techniques to evaluate the strength of retailers who are being considered for tenancy of a shopping centre. Not only do we analyse financial performance using published material, we also visit the retailer and assess strengths and weaknesses relating to areas such as presentation, product range and suitability in respect of market "fit" with other existing or planned centre tenants.
Finally, where appropriate, we estimate likely sales performance over a three-year period and the retailer's affordable rent after achieving adequate profitability.
