Leisure and Catering

The integration of leisure, catering and retailing has increased rapidly. There is a need to evaluate how they interact and what benefits flow from their juxtaposition.

FSP have worked with operators and centre owners to monitor performance and profitability.

Projects include interaction of a Multiplex with an adjacent shopping centre and managing a centre food court for eighteen months to maximise sales and return.
