Developing a retail strategy does not, of itself, create change. It is in its implementation that strategy becomes effective.

All FSP senior staff have had several years of retail experience at director level and understand retailers' needs well.

This enables us to work with shopping centre owners and their existing/potential tenants to convey strategy objectives and propose means of achieving them.
